Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

We ship to all 50 United States, Canada, as well as international countries shown at checkout. Orders are processed within 3–7 business days after payment confirmation.

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

If your package is delayed, missing, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of the confirmed delivery date at clientservices@devonhalsey.com or 310-880-8471.


Returns & Exchanges:

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery for full-price items.

Items must be:

  • In new, unused condition
  • Unwashed and unworn
  • With original tags and packaging

To initiate a return or exchange, email clientservices@devonhalsey.com with your order number and request.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
  • A $7 exchange processing fee may apply to help cover restocking and fulfillment costs
  • You must send using a trackable shipping method
  • Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 14 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item


Final Sale Items:

The following are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Custom/special orders (e.g., tournament, event, or gift bag orders)
  • Items purchased for resale through third-party platforms
  • Discounted items or promotional sales
