Shipping & Returns Policy
At Devon Halsey, we strive to make your shopping experience effortless.
We currently ship to all 50 states within the United States of America, Canada, and to certain other countries internationally as notified during the check-out process. Orders are typically processed within 3-7 business days after we’ve confirmed receipt of your payment. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can track your shipment’s progress. If you encounter any issues with your delivery, such as delays or missing packages, damages or incorrect items, please contact our client support team within 48 hours of the estimated/confirmed delivery date at clientservices@devonhalsey.com or 310-880-8471 and they will happily assist you.
Any custom or special-order products, including, but not limited to, for benefits, gift bags, events, tournaments, and to third-party resale websites, are final and cannot be exchanged or returned. For all other orders, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may exchange or return for a different size or a full refund, subject to the terms and conditions of this Return & Shipping Policy. To initiate a return or exchange, please email client services at clientservices@devonhalsey.com.
After receiving confirmation of your return and/or exchange via email, place the item securely in its original packaging with a shipping label affixed to the outside. If your original purchase amount exceeded $500.00, Devon Halsey will provide a prepaid shipping label; for all other returns/exchanges, you will be responsible for all shipping costs. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. All returns and exchanges must be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date, and must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
After receiving your exchange and/or return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will notify you via email if the materials have been accepted, in which case will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 14 business days from our receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Processing times may be longer during peak seasons or holidays. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. Shipping methods, delivery times and costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
