Shipping
Devon Halsey ships within the United States, Canada, and select international destinations available at checkout.
Orders are processed within 3–7 business days following payment confirmation. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
If your package arrives damaged, incorrect, or does not arrive as expected, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at clientservices@devonhalsey.com so we may assist.
Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, customs fees, VAT, and other import charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Devon Halsey does not control and cannot estimate these fees in advance.
If duties, taxes, or customs fees are not paid and a shipment is refused, the order will not be eligible for a refund.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges on full-price items within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be returned in new, unworn, and unwashed condition, with all original tags attached and in original packaging.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact clientservices@devonhalsey.com with your order number.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Devon Halsey is not responsible for items lost in transit.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, duties, taxes, customs fees, and brokerage charges associated with the return.
Once received and approved, returns are processed within 14 business days.
A $7 exchange processing fee applies to all exchanges to help cover fulfillment, handling, and restocking costs.
Items that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items
All trunk show, event, and special order purchases are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
The following items are also final sale:
- Custom or made-to-order items
- Orders placed for tournaments, member events, club events, or gifting programs
- Items purchased for resale through third-party platforms
- Discounted, promotional, or sale items
These items are produced, allocated, or sold under special terms and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged.
Devon Halsey reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the conditions outlined above.
